β’ Experience in scaling products in B2B or B2C environments, particularly in mid-stage growth companies.
β’ Strong research and customer empathy skills, with a background in designing tools that facilitate connections between people.
β’ Must be able to navigate ambiguity and adjust scope as user base expands, while balancing short-term execution with long-term vision.
β’ Familiarity with service design methods such as journey mapping and blueprinting to drive strategic product decisions.
β’ Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or cross-functionally to align design, engineering, product, and data teams.
