• As a Staff Product Designer, you will contribute to our mission, vision, and strategy by deeply understanding our clients' and business requirements.
• You possess strong product ideation skills, capable of crafting scalable solutions and designing user journeys that facilitate institutional investment strategies for our clients.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Product Designers, and Operations to create a top-tier enterprise client experience on Coinbase Prime.
• Take full responsibility for designing a new product offering at Coinbase.
• Develop MVP and future vision concepts encompassing payments, payroll, invoices, and more.
• Engage in cross-team collaboration within Coinbase to launch complementary features like onboarding, multi-user capabilities, payment rails, tax solutions, and settings.
• Conduct customer interactions to gain insights and influence strategic decision-making processes.
• Minimum of 7 years of Product Design experience
• Demonstrated exceptional product ideation skills, solution-driven mindset, and ability to work independently
• Proven track record of delivering successful products within a product team
• Keen eye for detail and expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Thrives in dynamic (sometimes ambiguous) work environments
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Collaborative spirit, devoid of ego, and open to new ideas
• Interest in cryptocurrency and/or financial products
• Preferred: Experience in fintech (B2B preferred, but consumer experience also accepted)
• Experience in developing products on complex platforms with extensive cross-team collaboration
• Experience in launching new products from 0 to 1 stage - either in startups or internal ventures
