• Experience in launching complex systems or foundational platform features, particularly in identity, access management, policies, permissions, or account models.
• Background in cybersecurity or identity-related fields is advantageous, emphasizing the importance of creating secure, trustworthy experiences.
• Showcase strong skills in systems thinking, user flows, and interaction design in your portfolio, with a focus on first-time product launches or concept-to-release cycles.
• Strong collaboration abilities, especially in technical or infrastructure-heavy product domains.
• Familiarity with design systems and a willingness to explore, shape, and define new patterns as needed.
• Effective communication and storytelling skills, capable of creating clarity in complex environments and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
