📋 Description

• Drive significant impact beyond the norm of an EPD product team structure.

• Engage in various aspects of a vast product landscape, catering to diverse user types, JTBDs, and usability challenges.

• Participate in reshaping the design framework for modern enterprise software without the need for wireframes, user journeys, or personas.

• Cover all facets of the design process with a focus on design excellence.

• Assist in establishing our design system from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 10+ years of product design experience, primarily in desktop SaaS environments.

• Capable of dissecting large, ambiguous projects into manageable components.

• Articulate the patterns of high-performance design teams and cultivate a culture of excellence.

• Harness the unique strengths of designers to influence engineering, product development, and the organization as a whole.

• Establish standards and principles to enhance design quality across the product organization.

• Think innovatively from first principles rather than relying solely on traditional UX processes.

• Demonstrate enough expertise to intuitively solve usability challenges without solely depending on data or user research.

• Display curiosity and resourcefulness in devising creative solutions and appropriately minimizing risks.

• Exhibit top-notch skills in layout, navigation, IA, UI, and interaction design.

• Show a dedication to craftsmanship and attention to detail.

• Have experience in an early-stage startup or as a sole designer within a team.
