Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to shape team strategy, product choices, and roadmap priorities

• Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all design aspects from concept, brainstorming, prototyping, testing, to final production

• Work closely with our Design Systems team to establish scalable design frameworks and solutions

• Lead and develop the design function within your product area

• Offer guidance and design insights to fellow design team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Design

• Demonstrated success in leading design initiatives across a product area

• Proficiency in managing the complete design process from concept creation to final execution

• Expertise in visual & interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices

• Ability to collaborate strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to drive product decisions and strategies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrates humility and open-mindedness
