Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research teams to shape team strategy, make product decisions, and prioritize roadmap initiatives

• Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all design aspects from conceptualization, through prototyping, user testing, to final production

• Work in close partnership with the Design Systems team to develop scalable design frameworks and innovative solutions

• Establish and lead the design function within your specific product domain

• Offer mentorship and provide design feedback to fellow team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess over 10 years of valuable Product Design experience

• Demonstrated success in leading design initiatives across a product domain

• Capable of managing the complete design process from concept inception to final execution

• Proficient in various design aspects such as visual & interaction design, prototyping, and adherence to UX best practices

• Skilled at collaborating strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to drive impactful product decisions and strategies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
