Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to shape team strategy, product choices, and roadmap priorities

• Take charge of the entire user experience journey and oversee all design aspects from concept development, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production

• Work closely with our Design Systems team to establish scalable design frameworks and solutions

• Lead the design function for your designated product area

• Offer guidance and design insights to fellow design team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Design

• Demonstrated success in leading the design function for a product area

• Proficiency in managing the entire design process from concept inception to final execution

• Expertise in visual & interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices

• Ability to collaborate strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to shape product decisions and strategies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Humble and receptive to feedback
