• The International Team at Coinbase is responsible for expanding the presence of Coinbase products across various countries.
• As part of your role, you will be responsible for:
• Enhancing Products - Improving our products to make them more user-friendly in key markets.
• Focus areas include:
• Payments - Collaborating with payments and country teams to ensure seamless payment processes.
• Localization - Ensuring accurate translations and improved localization in our products.
• Developing new products - Creating innovative solutions that cater to users' needs in specific countries.
• Activation - Facilitating new customers to use more Coinbase products effortlessly.
• Marketing - Implementing Incentive Campaigns to engage users and promote transactions.
• Market research/Analysis - Conducting comprehensive competitive analysis in the market.
• Legal/Regulatory - Supporting the team in creating compliant and delightful experiences.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Design
• Strong product thinking skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently
• Proven track record of delivering successful products as part of a product team
• Keen attention to detail and expertise in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced and sometimes uncertain environment
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Collaborative, open-minded, and low ego
• Interest in crypto and/or financial products
