📋 Description

• Contribute to shaping Copper’s design vision as it transitions into an AI-first CRM for professional services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the design direction of new AI-powered features

• Assist in creating end-to-end product experiences by simplifying complex workflows into elegant interactions

• Mentor and motivate the design team to enhance design quality and innovation

• Work closely with product leadership to align design perspectives with strategic and roadmap decisions

• Develop and enhance the design system to support AI-driven user interfaces and scalable design practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product design, preferably in B2B SaaS or productivity tools for professional services

• Proven track record of influencing and guiding the development of AI-enabled or automation-driven experiences

• Strong portfolio showcasing the simplification of complex workflows into intuitive design solutions

• Collaborative and facilitative approach with the ability to influence executives and teams effectively

• Understanding and empathy towards the challenges faced by professional service businesses in managing client relationships
