• Create visually appealing designs applying solid design principles, such as layout, color, typography, and hierarchy, to produce polished interfaces.
• Engage in exploration and iteration, systematically testing concepts at different fidelity levels.
• Generate a plethora of ideas grounded in user feedback, data, and business requirements.
• Possess over 10 years of experience in the field.
• Demonstrate exceptional skill and meticulous attention to detail in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Proficient in using prototyping tools to showcase intricate features and web flows.
• Have experience utilizing and contributing to design systems.
• Show a proven track record of launching and refining products with a focus on business and customer impact.
• Exhibit a strong dedication to customers, leveraging UX research for foundational insights and iterative design.
• Excel in collaborating with cross-functional partners, including designers, researchers, PMs, data scientists, and engineers.
• Have experience throughout the full product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration.
• Ability to measure impact through quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.
• Possess an ownership mindset with a proactive approach to driving projects and teams forward.
