•As a Staff Designer on our Practitioner Experience team, you will leverage your expertise in visual and interface design to elevate our platforms.

•This is an individual contributor role where your skills will directly influence the design and functionality of critical health technology tools, enhancing user engagement and satisfaction across diverse product divisions.

🎯 Requirements

•Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

•Professional Experience: At least 7 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on user-centered design.

•Design Proficiency: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

•Research Capability: Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

•Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects at once.

•Leadership and Mentorship: Experience mentoring and coaching other designers.

•Project Leadership: Experience leading design projects and teams.
