• Demonstrated leadership in interdisciplinary projects, promoting design input and fostering trust across different practices.
• Proficiency in conducting User Experience Research and leading design sprints independently.
• Showcase a comprehensive portfolio of iterative software projects, emphasizing iteration from Discovery to delivering a desirable product.
• Comfortable working in complex and uncertain environments, particularly in digital analytics, data science, or similar fields.
• Skilled in all facets of the design process, including research, low and high-fidelity design, rapid prototyping, and contributing to a Design System.
