• Enhance and expand Jerry's design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and visual excellence.
• Implement AI strategically to enhance the user experience in terms of speed, clarity, and personalization.
• Set high standards for UX and visual design, focusing on clarity, speed, and quality craftsmanship.
• Possess a portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design, user experience considerations, and successful consumer product launches at scale.
• Have at least 8 years of product design experience, preferably in both agency and in-house settings, with a focus on mobile and web platforms.
• Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion, including research, concept development, launch, and ongoing iteration.
• Experience in developing and refining design systems in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively align cross-functional teams.
• Bonus points for experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance industries.
