• Taking full ownership of feature design, from initial concept to launch, and making improvements based on real user data, including creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams to explore and validate ideas.
• Assisting in defining and enhancing our visual design system across various platforms, such as mobile and web.
• Using research, user feedback, and testing to enhance designs after they have been launched.
• Contributing to the enhancement of design practices within the company, from team processes to documentation and tools.
• Setting high standards for design quality throughout the organization through strong visual and interaction design.
• Having a keen eye for visual detail, being willing to perfect design elements, and refining design systems.
• Being comfortable working at a fast pace similar to an agency but willing to take on broader responsibilities instead of specific briefs.
• Demonstrating curiosity, thoughtfulness, and empathy towards the users you are designing for.
• Being at ease in uncertain environments and enjoying solving complex problems.
• Proficient in using Figma.
• Familiarity with consumer-facing products and platform design systems, including iOS, Android, and web.
