Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing key products for Jerry's core offerings, including insurance, safety, repairs, and more.

• Develop innovative features to modernize car care for everyday drivers.

• Collaborate with research, product, and data teams to identify opportunities and translate insights into impactful design solutions.

• Create seamless and engaging experiences that drive increased engagement and retention.

• Establish and enhance Jerry's design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and visual excellence.

• Implement AI technologies to enhance user experiences by making them faster, clearer, and more personalized.

• Set high standards for UX and visual design to enhance clarity, speed, and craftsmanship.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design, thoughtful UX, and experience in delivering consumer products at scale.

• Minimum of 12 years of product design experience, preferably in both agency and in-house settings, with a focus on mobile and web platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from research and concept development to launch and ongoing iteration.

• Experience in building and evolving design systems in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and storytelling skills to align cross-functional teams effectively.

• Bonus points for experience in marketplaces, fintech, mobility, or insurance industries.
