• We are looking for a talented product designer to join our team at Jerry.ai and help shape our innovative consumer startup.
• With a focus on end-to-end product design, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our founders and leaders to iterate based on real user feedback and contribute to building a strong design culture.
• As part of our small design team, you will have direct access to leadership, autonomy to shape our product, and the chance to own feature design from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and validate ideas, define visual design systems, and refine designs post-launch based on research and user feedback.
• Help elevate design standards company-wide through strong visual and interaction design.
• Must have high visual standards, ability to refine design systems, and comfortable with agency-style speed.
• Curious, thoughtful, and empathic towards users, with a willingness to work in ambiguous environments and tackle complexity.
• Proficient in Figma and experienced in consumer-facing products and platform design systems.
