• You will be pivotal in designing impactful product experiences for our Cards vertical and shaping the company's design strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft features that bring positive change to historically underserved individuals.
• This remote-friendly role, based in New York, offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Head of Product.
• Possess a minimum of 8 years of product design experience, focusing on B2B or B2B2C products.
• Ability to guide a feature from conception to delivery, involving user research, design, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Strong visual design skills to create detailed mockups and prototypes that effectively convey design solutions.
• Proficiency in systems-level thinking to develop scalable solutions across various products and platforms.
• Capable of explaining design choices clearly, aligning them with user needs, business objectives, and technical limitations.
• Experience in developing design systems and pattern libraries for consistency and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and a hands-on approach to driving design solutions to completion.
• Deep knowledge of FinTech, particularly in credit and risk management, with a specialization in consumer-permissioned or credit data.
