⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in delivering exceptional product design in complex B2B or fintech settings

• Strong design sensibility with a commitment to excellence

• Demonstrated track record of impactful design work with clear business outcomes

• Ability to innovate from initial product development to scaling mature products

• Proficiency in creating and scaling design systems for enterprise-level complexity

• Skilled in communicating ideas through various mediums like Figma, interactive prototypes, and code

• Experience leading user research and translating insights into actionable design solutions

• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance design impact

• Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities independently

• Strong storytelling abilities to articulate design decisions convincingly
