Staff Product Designer

📋 Description

• Take the lead in designing end-to-end product features on various platforms

• Handle complex design challenges independently, from exploration to final execution

• Work closely with product managers and engineers to define scope, identify dependencies, and optimize user experiences

• Create interaction patterns and scalable solutions based on data and user research

• Develop prototypes, gather feedback, and ensure alignment

• Maintain design quality by focusing on both small interactions and overall user experience

• Effectively communicate ideas in design critiques, meetings, and stakeholder reviews

• Contribute to enhancing design systems and promote design quality throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in digital product design, showcasing end-to-end ownership. Experience in fintech is a plus

• Proficient in prototyping, UI/UX, interaction design, and visual design

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, plan effectively, and drive projects forward autonomously

• Comfortable with ambiguity, adept at simplifying complex workflows, and addressing edge cases

• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including presenting to executives and external partners

• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods to guide decision-making

• Experience with design systems is a plus
