•In-depth knowledge of user behavior, mental models, and product dynamics, focusing on clarity over aesthetics in design.

•Experience in managing or significantly contributing to design systems, including components, patterns, and documentation.

•Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations with a strategic approach.
