• Collaborate with engineers to address unique cases, ensure feasibility, and maintain design excellence.
• Shape our design system to ensure scalability and consistency across the platform.
• Extensive Design Experience: Over 7 years in product design, showcasing ownership of complex products, particularly in B2B SaaS.
• Design Systems Expertise: Demonstrated skill in constructing and expanding design systems efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong collaboration with engineering teams, effectively communicating design concepts.
• User-Centered Design: Applying UX principles confidently to deliver user-centric solutions based on experience, intuition, and established patterns.
• Strategic mindset connecting design decisions to product and business objectives.
• Comfort working in ambiguous scenarios, taking initiative to drive projects with incomplete information.
• Effective written and verbal communication, openness to feedback, and critical thinking.
