• Your responsibilities include setting the course, enhancing design excellence, and infusing a strong user-centric viewpoint into all discussions.

• You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to align on shared objectives, unearth opportunities, and craft experiences that are both intuitive and impactful.
• Your contributions will impact our development processes, design practices, and user interactions within Topstep.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
• Proven track record of leading extensive design projects from conception to delivery
• Proficiency in systems thinking to identify patterns, establish reusable frameworks, and streamline complex workflows
• Ability to translate research findings into actionable strategies and validate designs through data and feedback
• Expertise in collaborative efforts, influencing cross-functional decisions, and fostering alignment
• Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear and confident presentations to executives and stakeholders
• Enthusiasm for enhancing design quality and nurturing others to enhance their skills
