• Take the lead in designing and executing impactful projects in various areas such as Design System, Common Workflows, Growth UX, or Workload UX
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, and fellow designers to establish and implement scalable patterns, workflows, and user journeys that enhance clarity, consistency, and user satisfaction
• Utilize AI-driven research and rapid prototyping to validate concepts, expedite discoveries, and guide data-informed design choices
• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design excellence, ensuring all solutions meet or surpass quality standards
• Mentor and assist other designers, engineers, and PMs in adopting best practices within your area of expertise
• Evaluate and communicate the impact of your work through usability metrics, satisfaction levels, adoption rates, and business outcomes
• Engage in design evaluations, standards assessments, and cross-team events to promote alignment and continuous enhancement
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in product design, showcasing significant contributions in areas like design systems, workflow design, growth/adoption UX, or complex workload/product experiences
• Profound knowledge in design thinking, interaction design, visual design, and/or information architecture, with a focus on systems-thinking
• Demonstrated capability to foster cross-functional alignment and deliver solutions that harmonize user requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations
• Proficiency in AI-driven design tools, rapid prototyping, and evidence-based design approaches
• Strong communication, collaboration, and mentorship abilities, with the capacity to influence and motivate across teams
• Passion for accessibility, usability, and achieving tangible business results through design
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, iterative, and collaborative setting
