📋 Description

• Develop, create, and introduce new products while seamlessly integrating with current capabilities.

• Proactively collaborate with various teams to unravel intricate technical and user experience dependencies.

• Showcase your work to stakeholders and senior leadership, implementing feedback and aligning on design vision and strategy.

• Regularly interact with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.

• Continuously enhance design excellence at Webflow and serve as a guiding force for impactful design choices, guiding fellow designers.

• Demonstrate experience influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote setting.

• Possess strong written, verbal, and visual communication abilities.

• Have prior experience with software empowering professional or technical users in various industries.

• Be knowledgeable about the web design sector, content management systems, web standards, and accessibility.

• Take action on complex products at a high-growth, scaling company.

• Pay attention to details to ensure our products consistently exceed customer expectations.

• Value high-quality software experiences and feel comfortable influencing business strategies for tangible growth.

• Demonstrate a growth mindset, staying positive about the future and comfortable with uncertainty.

• Remain curious and open to growth, actively acquiring fluency in emerging technologies like AI to foster creativity, hasten progress, and amplify impact.
