📋 Description

• Develop, create, and introduce AI-native functionalities in a new sector to enhance Webflow’s platform, integrating smoothly with current offerings.

• Actively collaborate with various teams to unravel intricate technical and user experience interdependencies.

• Showcase your work to stakeholders and senior leaders, incorporating feedback and aligning on design vision and strategy.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to explore complex problem areas and propose potential solutions.

• Regularly interact with customers to gain a deep understanding of their requirements and pain points.

• Prototype regularly to convey your ideas and provide high-quality designs and specifications to outline design needs for engineers.

• Continuously enhance the art of design at Webflow and serve as a guide for impactful design decisions, mentoring fellow designers.


⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated experience in influencing and leading complex initiatives in a remote setting.

• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

• Previous experience with software catering to professional or technical users in various industries.

• Familiarity with the web design sector, content management, web standards, and accessibility.

• Proactive approach to working on complex products in a high-growth, scaling company.

• Attention to detail to ensure products exceed customer expectations continually.

• Value high-quality software experiences and comfortable with business strategies driving tangible growth.

• Possess a growth mindset, optimistic about the future, and adaptable to ambiguity.

• Curiosity and openness to growth, actively acquiring knowledge in emerging technologies like AI to enhance creativity and impact.
