• Take the lead in designing end-to-end foundational platform capabilities, reusable patterns, and our design system to enhance usability and speed up product development throughout the organization.
• Play a key role in product strategy by providing a strong user-centered perspective to help prioritize important initiatives and their rationale.
• Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative research to gain a deep understanding of user needs for mortgage servicing operators, deployment strategists, and technical teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and internal product teams to identify common requirements and develop tools and systems that address broad use cases, reduce duplication, and promote consistency.
• Mentor designers and cross-functional partners to promote a collaborative culture and continuously improve product quality and craftsmanship.
• Must have 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in a D2C fintech setting.
• Showcase a portfolio demonstrating strong design principles, systems thinking, and a user-centered problem-solving approach.
• Proven track record of delivering and refining end-to-end product experiences, from concept to launch and beyond.
• Ability to navigate uncertain situations confidently, bringing clarity and structure to evolving product domains.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Base salary band: $174,250 to $235,750
