Staff Product Designer, Provider

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the design vision and deliver high-quality solutions

• Lead design initiatives for clinical review infrastructure, provider feedback systems, and coding accuracy tools

• Transform dense regulatory requirements and clinical standards into user-friendly experiences

• Design for various audiences, including internal teams, providers, and payers

• Define the vision for educational and improvement flows to help providers enhance their practice

• Maintain high standards for visual and interaction design to create approachable systems

• Collaborate with various teams to design solutions that enhance the overall provider experience

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years as a product designer, specializing in operational tools, regulated workflows, or multi-sided platforms

• Experience shipping products that meet user needs, business requirements, and regulatory standards

• Proficient in polished and precise visual and interaction design

• Ability to work with incomplete requirements and use design to clarify problems

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners

• Motivated to make a real impact on healthcare access through design
