Staff Product Designer - Stablecoin

📋 Description

• Collaborate strategically with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to shape team strategy, product choices, and roadmap priorities

• Take ownership of the entire user journey and oversee all design aspects from conceptualization, prototyping, testing, to final production

• Work closely with the Design Systems team to develop scalable design frameworks and solutions

• Establish and lead the design function within your product domain

• Offer mentorship and design guidance to fellow design team members

• Possess over a decade of Product Design experience, with expertise in fintech and B2B sectors

• Demonstrated success in leading design functions across product domains

• Proficiency in managing the entire design process from concept to execution

• Mastery in visual & interaction design, prototyping, and UX best practices

• Ability to collaborate strategically with UX Research, Product, and Engineering to influence product decisions and strategies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Display humility and openness to new ideas
