• Ability to independently drive discovery processes and utilize customer insights to shape product strategy and define design directions.
• Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas.
• Strong mentorship and influencing skills, including with senior and executive management teams.
• Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems.
• Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and a keen product sensibility.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and handling proactive escalations.
