• As a Technical Learning Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and delivering impactful learning experiences that bolster the skills and efficiency of our Revenue team.

• Collaborate closely with tech enablement leadership, product teams, and subject matter experts to develop compelling training content tailored to the fast-paced sales landscape.

• Take charge of creating a diverse range of training materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led content, lab guides, and job aids.

• Utilize expertise in AI-powered learning tools to drive innovation and enhance our learning programs to new heights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field.

• Possess over 5 years of experience in developing training content, particularly for a technical audience within a SaaS setting.

• Demonstrate proficiency in designing and implementing learning solutions utilizing AI-powered tools to personalize and engage learners effectively.

• Ability to leverage Generative AI, Prompter engineering, and agent building to support learning workflows.

• Hands-on experience collaborating with technical Subject Matter Experts, preferably in customer-facing capacities.

• Familiarity with instructional design tools such as Articulate RISE and Camtasia, along with a basic understanding of LMS and CMS platforms.

• Strong grasp of adult learning principles and exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
