• We are seeking a Senior UI Design Manager to lead our design team and help us create engaging graphic designs and intuitive user interfaces for our clients.

• As a UI Design Manager, you will provide strategic leadership to our design team and ensure that our UI design projects are aligned with our clients' business goals and user needs.

• You will also deploy creative design skills, leading visual design graphic design, and video production.

• This role requires an experienced designer and leader who excels in visual communication, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior designers.

• Responsibilities:

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus at least five years of relevant experience.

• Proven success in a lead role, preferably in a federal consulting or government environment, with accountability for a team’s results designing successful UI solutions that are user-centric, effective, and innovative.

• Creative problem solver with a focus on delivering results.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team of designers to deliver high-quality work, fostering a culture of design excellence.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite

• Understanding of HTML/CSS and the ability to collaborate effectively with developers

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).

• Strong understanding and application of accessibility standards (Section 508) and federal design guidelines.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze user needs and translate them into design solutions

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Proven ability to be organized and detail-oriented, while managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Adaptable and able to pivot between client-facing and management responsibilities.

• Ability to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
