User Experience and Business Analysis Manager

📋 Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our User Experience (UX) and Business Analysis team

• This role is crucial in driving the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences and ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured and translated into actionable solutions

• The Manager will oversee a team of UX Specialists, Visual Designers, and Business Systems Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

• The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, business analysis methodologies, and the ability to effectively manage and mentor a diverse team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX, Visual Design, or Business Analysis

• Proven experience leading and managing a team of UX/Design/Business Analysis professionals

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices

• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Experience with business analysis methodologies and requirements gathering techniques

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
