User Experience Architect

📋 Description

• UX Architect with a track record of designing intuitive digital experiences

• Lead the creation of personas, customer journeys, and responsive interfaces

• Advocate the benefits of accessible design and usability

• Provide design oversight and art direction for visual and interaction designers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience

• 4-year+ degree in design, fine arts, or similar preferred

• Proven written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills

• Experience with multiple domains of human-centered design

• Figma expertise preferred

• Proficiency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

• Working knowledge of Agile product development lifecycles is a plus

• Familiarity with WCAG and accessibility guidelines is a plus
