User Experience Engineer

📋 Description

• Seeking a User Experience Engineer for a remote position at Full Visibility to support a mission-focused project.

• Must have an active Top Secret / SCI Eligible clearance.

• Strong expertise in user-centered design, interactive design, and working within a software development team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

• Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in UX/UI design, interaction design, or front-end product development

• Impressive portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work on web or mobile applications

• Proficiency with user interface design tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, AdobeXD, Miro)

• Familiarity with usability principles, accessibility standards, and human-centered design processes

• Experience in Agile or SAFe frameworks

• Ability to collaborate effectively with non-design stakeholders and work across disciplines

• Experience designing for enterprise, data-heavy, or mission-focused applications

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, React, or Vue) for collaboration with developers

• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or GitHub for design integration and collaboration
