User Experience Intern - In-Car Infotainment

📋 Description

• Assist the UX/UI team in working on innovative ideas and technologies in various pre-development projects

• Understand the user: Describe the usage context and identify user needs (including desktop and user research)

• Derive requirements: Specify user requirements

• Create the user interface: Customize functions and features to user requirements and further develop them

• Validate: Analyze the user experience including usability through qualitative and quantitative studies, including data analysis

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing studies in the field of Human-Machine Interaction (e.g., Human Factors, Psychology, Media Informatics, or similar)

• Knowledge in User Experience (UX) approaches and the User-Centered Design Process (UCDP)

• Familiar with conducting user research (e.g., context analysis, validation including usability tests) and/or prototyping

• Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., MaxQDA, R, SPSS)

• Familiar with and open to using AI tools in the UX/UI context

• Engaged team player who effectively collaborates with clients and other teams

• Analytical, structured, and reliable work approach

• Very good German skills (at least B2 level) and English proficiency
