Vice President, Product Design and Research

📋 Description

• Take charge of defining and implementing the comprehensive UX and research strategy for our platform

• Lead a top-tier team spanning UX, content, systems, and research

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to pinpoint and address key challenges

• Develop design systems and experience patterns to harmonize diverse product interfaces

• Create engaging, insight-driven experiences geared towards activation, engagement, and growth

• Advocate for the strategic use of AI/ML technologies

• Serve as the representative for Research & Design at the highest levels

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years of experience in product design and/or research

• Proficiency in product-led growth (PLG) or self-service settings

• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional UX and research teams

• Strong background in interaction design, UX strategy, design systems, and research methods

• Experience in streamlining disparate product interfaces into a cohesive, scalable user experience across web and mobile platforms

• Track record of guiding product teams towards addressing the right challenges

• Up-to-date with modern design, research, and AI tools

• Skilled communicator with a strong executive presence
