• Minimum of 8 years in design leadership roles (preferably at the SVP, VP, or Chief Design Officer level).
• Demonstrated ability to scale and manage high-performing teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in overseeing end-to-end consumer experiences.
• Extensive experience in D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) interactions, with a proven track record of driving behavior change based on psychological principles.
• Solid background in product design, UX/UI, and service design for digital-first enterprises.
• Proven history of designing for accessibility and inclusivity to ensure our products benefit all users.
• AI/ML-driven design experience is a bonus. A degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is required.
