• Proficiency in 2D animation and motion design using tools like After Effects, Toon Boom, or similar software.

• Ability to craft simple, expressive, and lively animations with an emphasis on storytelling and humor.

• Keen sense of timing, rhythm, and viral potential in short-form content.

• Independent, imaginative, and adept at rapid iteration.

• Bonus: Familiarity or interest in gaming content, particularly mobile games.
