• Create animated paid media ads for various digital channels such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Collaborate with the media buying team and clients to develop effective and engaging creative content
• Work on animation and short-form video editing projects as needed
• Collaborate with designers and producers to produce ads that deliver strong performance results
• Manage multiple motion-based projects with strict deadlines and project-manage autonomously
• Handle revision and resizing tasks for the agency's key clients
• Generate animated content tailored for paid media platforms
• Clearly communicate animation concepts and justify decisions to colleagues
• Provide innovative ideas, best practices, and solutions for motion design workflows
• Be receptive to team and client feedback and actively seek personal growth opportunities
• 4-6 years of technical experience in motion design and video editing, preferably in a performance-focused agency
• Must have a portfolio showcasing previous work
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects and Premiere
• Experience in creating paid media ad animations
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with paid media channel best practices
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Self-motivated, problem-solving, and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to effectively communicate animation concepts and ideas to colleagues
• Willingness to receive feedback and contribute to improving motion design workflows
• Familiarity with HTML5 ad animation is a plus
• Experience with Gen AI tools and automated versioning tools is a plus
• Knowledge of Google suite is a plus
• Experience in both B2C and B2B environments is a plus
• Hourly Rate $40—$55 USD
