Motion Designer, Editor – Performance Creative

📋 Description

• Responsible for editing, designing, and animating high-performance ad creatives on various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Snap.

• Transform concepts created by yourself, the Senior Art Director, and Creatives into different aspect ratios and formats.

• Enhance clarity and engagement by adding motion design, supers, transitions, and animations.

• Work closely with creative strategy, growth, and production teams to implement performance insights into new iterations and tests.

• Organize, tag, and manage project files and templates to facilitate the scaling of ad production efficiently.

• Keep up to date with platform trends, editing techniques, and motion design styles that drive results in paid media, especially related to AI.

• Assist in shoot planning and post-production to ensure content is optimized for ad creative requirements.

• Maintain high standards in motion, design, and typography while working at the pace of performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, or content production, preferably in a DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing setting.

• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Creative Suite (knowledge of Figma and AI tools is a bonus).

• Strong understanding of platform-specific creative best practices for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Demonstrated ability to produce, version, and deliver creative at scale while maintaining quality.

• Collaborative mindset with a knack for bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving energy.

• Interest in using performance data as a creative feedback loop to enhance work.

• Portfolio showcasing expertise in motion, editing, and visual storytelling within paid or social creative contexts.
