Senior Motion Designer, Emerging Creative

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance motion and audiovisual elements across various product interfaces for both members and nonmembers

• Create impactful animations that elevate user interfaces and create engaging experiences

• Collaborate with UX and Product teams to seamlessly integrate motion into user interactions

• Produce detailed motion studies, vision videos, and other visual storytelling materials

• Establish scalable motion systems and tools for widespread adoption across products

• Ensure technical feasibility and quality working closely with Engineering and AV teams

• Provide creative direction to external contractors and agencies as necessary

• Mentor team members and foster creative alignment across departments

• Deliver a range of creative materials including promotional concepts, vision videos, and interactive prototypes

• Proficiency in motion design, timing, and visual storytelling within interactive or narrative settings

• Strong aptitude for cinematic storytelling and audiovisual craftsmanship

• Effective cross-disciplinary collaboration skills to drive clarity and unity across teams

• Experience collaborating with diverse teams such as UX, product, design, and audio departments

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities to articulate design decisions and strategies

• Proactive and independent problem-solving skills

• Ability to influence impactful motion solutions throughout the product lifecycle

• Bonus: Experience in Cinematic UI, entertainment or gaming branding, or interactive storytelling

• Understanding of audio design to enhance motion experiences

• Familiarity with real-time prototyping tools such as Unreal, Unity, or generative AI workflows
