• Take the lead in motion design and video editing for the Felix Brand and Marketing Team
• Collaborate closely with the Growth Team to craft effective ads that boost engagement, registration, and conversion rates
• Transform existing UGC and video content into fresh and innovative narratives through editing and stitching
• Build a repository of motion and animation assets and templates for efficient creation of performance-driven creative content
• Conduct data analysis with the team to continuously experiment and enhance performance
• Coordinate with the Creative Coordinator and Creative Strategist to curate and manage a growing library of creator content
• Explore the potential of generative AI to enhance workflows and discover new advertising possibilities
• Collaborate with Brand and Design teams to integrate motion assets into web and UI environments, while further developing the Felix visual identity
• Foster a culture of creativity and excellence within the Felix team
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a video editor and motion designer either in-house or at an agency
• Proficiency in industry-leading editing and motion graphics design software at an expert level
• Some background in 3D and creating animations for web platforms (Cinema 4D, Blender, Rive, Lottie, etc.)
• Passion for exploring new technologies and platforms for motion content creation, including emerging generative AI tools
• Strong aesthetic sense, keeping up with current trends in video editing and motion design, and versatile in working with different styles and techniques
• Understanding of performance marketing and the ability to craft compelling ads that resonate with audiences
• Excellent communication skills with both creatives and non-creatives
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment within a small team
• Detail-oriented with a genuine passion for creativity
