• As a Motion Designer at Fay, you will be responsible for crafting motion language and assets for an AI-powered health platform, covering mobile apps, websites, social media, and marketing videos.
• Develop high-quality assets and interactive animations utilizing tools like Lottie and Rive, working closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation and optimal performance.
• Translate brand values into a unified motion design across various touchpoints to inspire and support health journeys.
• Utilize motion design to enhance people's lives and foster a passion for their health journey.
• Must have 4+ years of expertise in motion design, showcasing a diverse range of styles and technical proficiency.
• Proficient in 3D and 2D animation using software like After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools, demonstrating a keen eye for visually appealing illustrations.
• Hands-on experience with Lottie, Rive, and After Effects to create production-ready animations.
• Experience collaborating with engineers on animation implementation, understanding technical limitations and optimizing performance.
• Understanding of how motion, sound, and haptic feedback combine to create seamless user experiences.
• Enthusiasm for exploring AI tools to create personalized and engaging animations.
