Motion Designer – Contract-to-Perm

📋 Description

• Generate innovative and impactful visual designs for significant projects undertaken by the Monad Foundation

• Contribute to shaping the creative direction of major video marketing campaigns

• Collaborate closely with videographers, growth, design, and ecosystem teams to produce animated content that aligns with brand and campaign objectives

• Develop motion graphics for various purposes such as logo animations, transitions, explainer graphics, and visuals for the media team

• Utilize both 2D and 3D animation styles seamlessly

• Tailor educational content for various platforms like YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok

• Manage video editing and sequence assembly to maintain consistency and quality

• Design layouts for livestreams and podcasts, create branding for events, and produce graphics for content

• Produce standalone animated video content through motion design and AI tools

• Develop animated UI walkthroughs and product demos for Monad Native applications and Monad Foundation products

• Stay informed about trends in motion design, animation, and production tools

• Bring fresh and creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling

• Contribute to a dynamic and collaborative work environment while handling multiple projects simultaneously

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci)

• Strong understanding of design principles including typography, layout, color, and motion

• Ability to transform conceptual ideas into visually compelling stories

• Familiarity with all phases of the design and production process from ideation to delivery

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines

• Possess a collaborative, adaptable, and culture-aligned mindset

• Reside in or able to accommodate EST time zone work hours (remote position)

• Familiarity with crypto culture and key figures within the industry

• Knowledge of additional tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine, Figma, or Adobe XD

• Experience in sound design, storyboarding, or animatics is a plus

• Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript for AE or Python for Blender
