• Responsible for creating animated paid media ads across various digital channels such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Develop new ads and modify existing client materials
• Work on motion animation and short-form video editing interchangeably
• Collaborate with designers, producers, media buying team, and clients to produce performance-driven creative content
• Manage multiple motion-based projects with strict deadlines and self-project-management
• Handle revision and resizing tasks for major clients
• Generate animated content tailored for paid media platforms
• Explain animation concepts and justify decisions to creative and non-creative colleagues
• Provide motion design workflow best practices and practical solutions
• Embrace team and client feedback for continuous improvement
• Challenge boundaries for professional and personal growth
• 4-6 years of technical experience in motion design and video editing, preferably in a performance-focused agency
• Portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe After Effects and Premiere
• Prior experience in animated paid media ad creation
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in design) or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity with HTML5 ad animation is a plus
• Experience with Gen AI tools and automated versioning tools is a bonus
• Knowledge of Google suite is advantageous
• Exposure to both B2C and B2B environments is beneficial
