• A compelling portfolio emphasizing product and UI motion (excluding character or cel animation)
• Proficiency in visual design with a keen understanding of timing, typography, layout, and transitions
• Proficient in After Effects and Figma, with the ability to seamlessly transition between the two platforms
• Comfortable taking responsibility and thriving in fast-paced, independent work environments
• Familiarity with various marketing aspects such as social media, paid campaigns, and creative performance
• Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Spline)
• Skills in editing, sound design, or visual storytelling are a plus
