• Produce refined work with a focus on quality, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Possess 4-5 years of professional experience specializing in 2D motion graphics and animation.
• Demonstrate expertise in Adobe After Effects as a daily tool for animation creation.
• Have a solid grasp of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro — although not primary, these tools are beneficial.
• Display a strong comprehension of animation principles, composition, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Ability to adhere to brand standards and adapt to diverse brand voices and aesthetics.
• Experience in working with prominent brands or within fast-paced agency settings.
• Possess a discerning eye for design — while not responsible for designing, understanding effective visual communication is crucial.
