• Produce ad formats in multiple aspect ratios: Videos in 4:5, 9:16, 16:9 (optional); Statics in 1:1, 9:16.
• Integrate localized text and visual cues as required.
• Adhere to provided creative briefs while introducing your own ideas and iterations.
• Analyze performance data and internal feedback to enhance creative output.
• Meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of language learning and edtech audience to create impactful visuals.
• Stay updated on top-performing ads on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts for fresh inspiration each week.
• Minimum 1 year of ads production experience (UA creative or growth marketing).
• Proficiency in motion design tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc., and static design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Impressive portfolio showcasing video ads, UGC edits, animated explainers, and static ads.
• Deep understanding of social media ad trends and hooks, particularly for language apps or consumer mobile apps.
• Comfortable with iterative feedback and rapid testing cycles.
• Excellent communication and time management skills in remote, async-friendly teams.
• Preferred: Prior experience with edtech or language learning products.
• Experience in creating voice-over driven motion ads or incorporating avatars/text animation.
• Familiarity with A/B testing ad variants and performance-based creative optimization.
• Basic editing or scripting knowledge for AI avatars or voice AI tools.
