📋 Description

• Support brand consistency and enhance the visual identity of the company's IPs across design projects.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure motion design solutions meet business objectives.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices through continuous learning.

• Participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and receiving input on your work.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in motion design.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Knowledge of 3D software (Cinema 4d, Blender, Unreal Engine) and other design tools (e.g., Figma, Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve).

• Strong grasp of animation, design principles, typography, and color theory.

• Familiarity with existing IPs — their style, tone, and audience.

• Ability to translate marketing goals into compelling visuals.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Passion for gaming industry and understanding of gaming culture.

• Experience in video editing, color correction, VFX, and post-production.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, or related field (or equivalent experience).
