• Create various marketing assets such as static ads, motion videos, app store screenshots, icons, trailers, and key art.
• Customize marketing materials to suit different game genres, player segments, and platform needs.
• Develop innovative campaign concepts that appeal to global audiences and reflect trends in entertainment, gaming, and pop culture.
• Present creative ideas and transform campaign strategies into visually compelling assets.
• Collaborate with UA and analytics teams to refine creatives based on data analysis and test results.
• Oversee visual strategy and production for App Store and Google Play assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across various touchpoints and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with Game Teams, UA Managers, and Product Marketing to align messaging and goals.
• Provide feedback to junior creatives and freelancers while exploring new creative formats.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in creating marketing art, preferably in the mobile gaming sector.
• Demonstrated success in designing effective UA ads, ASO assets, and marketing visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender is a bonus.
• Understanding of user acquisition strategy, player behavior, and performance-oriented design.
• Strong skills in storytelling, composition, and typography.
• Experience managing creative projects in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Availability to work PST business hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m. PST).
